Tribute to Jason T. Reynolds

Dear Wheeler Creek CDC Clients/Partners/Supporters:

It is with much sadness that we inform you that on in the morning of July 6, 2006, Wheeler Creek CDC lost one of their greatest and beloved assets, Jason Reynolds, from injuries sustained in a car accident only few miles from his home in Maryland.

Jason Reynolds, Controller/Operations Director has served professionally and passionately since 1999. We lost our brother, co-worker & mentor in Jason. No words can express what we, his family and friends are feeling at this time. Jason was truly one of a kind who will be missed by all. Jason was loved by all and will never be forgotten. We solicit your prayers for his family. He leaves a wife, Marcia, and four children.

To Our Dear Colleague and Friend
Jason T. Reynolds

I never thought this day would ever come
When I have to say my last good bye
But on that fateful day July 6, 2006
I was told you spread your wings to fly

I was in shock and so much pain
Over losing a friend who is so dear
I grieved and cried feeling so lost
What will we do without you here?

You touched our lives in many ways
With your generous spirit and kind heart
Your smile welcomed us into your presence
Gave us joy made our days bright

I always loved the way you treated everyone
No matter what their age or status
You were gentle and kind in your ways
Embracing them as your friends

You were wise beyond your years
Filled with wisdom that comes from God
Always had a word of encouragement
When you see one disheartened and sad

We wonder why you had to leave us so soon
But we feel blessed for the time we had
We hold dear all the wonderful memories
Your smile still makes our heart glad

You served God with all your heart
You shared his love with your fellow man
Lives you touched were changed forever
They will never be the same again

You have entered your eternal rest
Completed your assignment finished your race
Now you are in the presence of your savior
Behold Jesus his glorious face

We will miss you so terribly
For there will never be another Jason
We will carry you in our hearts
Until we meet again in person
