The purpose of the Employment Program is to assist participants
obtain a living wage through permanent employment. The program focuses on assisting participants
with job readiness skills such as resume writing and interview
preparation.

Job Developers and Case managers evaluate enrolled
participants to determine their skill and academic levels
for referral to appropriate training and jobs. Individual employment plans are designed to help participants establish and accomplish
career goals. The CDC offers full employment assistance in
the areas of; job training, job placement, referrals, career
planning and addressing other pre-employment conditions necessary to obtain and retain employment. The CDC provides post job placement monitoring.
